Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- 2.Prepare for Pickup
Ensure the item is disassembled and placed back in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Schedule Collection
Once approved, our specialized furniture couriers will contact you to coordinate a convenient time for the item pickup from your residence.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the item to ensure it is in original condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus shipping costs.
